Bolas de Navidad Express/ Express Christmas´ ornaments

Lo prometido es deuda y, como os dijimos hace unas semanas, empezamos nuestros posts navideños y qué mejor comienzo que con un DIY, bolas de Navidad express!!!.
Os comentamos que os íbamos a hablar de las tendencias navideñas. Pues en este DIY hemos conseguido unificar, de forma ecológica y económica, tres de las tendencias más importantes de estas navidades:
1. En cuanto a colores, además de los habituales: rojos, verdes, blancos, este año vienen marcando tendencia los azules mezclados con plateado o dorado.
2. Están muy de moda las bolas transparentes con todo tipo de cosas dentro: trozos de madera, hierbas secas, cascabeles...lo que se os pueda ocurrir.
3. Las plumas!!!, este año las plumas están en todo tipo de adornos navideños, desde boas de plumas, que sirven como guirnalda para el árbol, hasta bolas cubiertas de plumas o pajaritos como adorno. Cualquier color o tipo de pluma, según a gusto del consumidor.

Bien, pues... os traemos un DIY con todas estas tendencias. Seguro que los papás les habrán comprado muchas veces las típicas bolas transparentes con juguetitos dentro que luego acaban tiradas por la casa y no se sabe qué hacer con ellas. Pues tenemos una idea muy chula, fijaos...
MATERIALES:
Tijeras.
Bolas.
Cinta de decoración navideña (en este caso, azul).
Unas cuantas plumas blancas y azules.
Un trozo de cordón para colgar el adorno en el árbol (yo he elegido cordón plateado que tenía por casa).
PASOS:
1. Meter las plumas en la bola.
2. Cortar un trozo de cinta decorativa suficiente para envolver la bola y hacerle un lacito en la parte superior.
3. Cortar un trozo de hilo y pasarlo entre la cinta (os podéis servir de un ganchillo para pasarla). Hacéis un nudito en la parte superior y listo. Voilà! unas estupendas bolas para decorar y hechas con nuestras propias manos! Espero que os guste la idea.

As we promised a few weeks ago, we start with our Christmas posts and there´s no better beginning than with an DIY, Express Christmas ornaments!!!.
We told you that we were going to talk about this year´s  trends. Well, with this DIY we have reunited, in economical, easy and ecological way, three of the most popular trends of this Christmas:
1. Talking about colours...aside of the habitual Christmas colours: red, green and white, this year is very trendy, colour blue mixtured with silver and golden.
2. Transparent ornaments with different decorations inside; natural deco such as little branches, dry little plants, little bells, whatever you can imagine!
3. Feathers!!!. Feathers are in every kind of ornament, from feather garlands to balls covered with feathers or little birds as ornaments. Any kind of feather in any colour combination.
So...here we have a DIY , gathering all three trends. I´m sure you, parents, have bought these little transparent balls with a toy on the inside to your kids. In the end, all these balls end up thrown any where in the house and you don´t know what to do with them and you throw them away. Well, we have an idea of what to do with them. Have a look ...
THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
Scissors.
Balls.
Ribbon (I chose colour blue).
A few blue and white feathers.
A bit of cord to tie the ball y to hang it on the tree (I took a bit of silver cord that I had at home).
STEPS:
1. Put the feathers inside the ball.
2. Cut a piece of ribbon as long as to tie a bow on the top of the ball
3. Cut a bit of cord and put it through the bow and tie it to hang the ball on the tree and Voilà!, We have beautiful and easy Christmas ornaments handmade!!!. Hope you like the idea!.
